How registration works
We submit your details through iTax under the correct taxpayer category, configure obligations (income tax, VAT, PAYE as applicable) and issue the PIN certificate — usually the same working day.
After you get your PIN
Even a nil filing is required annually. Failure to file attracts a KES 2,000 penalty. We recommend engaging a tax agent to keep your compliance clean from day one.
